Located in the centre of Pula, in the pedestrian zone, Downtown Apartments Pula offer modern accommodation with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and close to all major sites and facilities. The nearest beach is 1 km away, while the Amphitheatre is just 300 metres away.

The natural beauty of Pula's surrounding countryside and turquoise water of the Adriatic have made the city an internationally popular summer vacation destination. The pearl nearby is Brijuni national park visited by numerous world leaders since it was the summer residence of Josip Broz Tito. Roman villas and temples still lie buried among farm fields and along the shoreline of the dozens of surrounding fishing and farming villages. The coastal waters offer beaches, fishing, wreck dives to ancient Roman galleys and World War I warships, cliff diving, and sailing to unspoiled coves and islands large and small.

It is possible to track dinosaur footprints on the nearby sea shores at Rt Kamenjak; certain more important finds have been made at an undisclosed location near Bale.

Apartments is air conditioned and well ventilated. Suitable for all guests. Located on third floor with no elevator or lift. Stairs are not steep and are suitable even for older guests.

Main room is equipped with modern LED flat screen TV and satellite receiver with hundreds of TV channels. It has collapsible sofa with all bed linen ready for third and forth guest.

Kitchen have dishwasher, microwave oven, water heater and all dishes, including plates, cutlery, pots, everything you may need for pleasant stay. Kitchen does not contain oven.

Bathroom is modern, clean and comfortable, it also contains towels and hairdryer, so you do not need to bring your own, except maybe beach towel.

Bedroom is on gallery with stairs. It have locker and queen (doble size) bed.

Free wi-fi with excellent signal and no limit of Internet traffic or devices connected is available in all premises, and there is also two ethernet UTP sockets in living room and in bedroom as failover in case your device does not work with our wi-fi for some reason. We have ethernet cables handy, so ask us if you need one.

All apartments are non smoking apartments, and it is not permited to smoke inside building.

We like and have pets, but pets are not allowed in premises.

Check out is until 10:00 AM

There is no breakfast, since we are not hotel, but you can find good breakfast close by, or you can make your own. We have prepared all kitchen accessories for you.

We have prepared all beds, mattresses and linen for all occupants, and there is no room for extra beds or children cradle and it is not possible to add any.

Beaches

Pula has numerous city beaches. Valkane, Stoja, Verudela. You can get by bus, taxi or Pula City Tour, hop on, hop off bus. There is also a lot of beeches around city, like Rt Kamjak, beaches in Medulin or Banjole.

Restaurants

Influence of Italian, Central European, especially Austrian and Hungarian, as well as Slav cuisine can also be felt in Pula's restaurants that offer a great variety of dishes where you can taste both seafood dishes and also those from the interior of Istria.

Discotheques and bars

Some bars and disquoteques are just few hundred meters away. Some of them are located in major turist areas, like Verudela, Medulin, etc.

You can find lot of sport activities, including hiking, bikeing, fitness, panoramic flights, rideing, diving karting, basketball, golf and more.
